A Little Lost

A little blog of things I like...Photography, Illustrations, Fairytales, 1950s, 1960s, Disney, pretty much anything that looks pretty. Also the occasional ramble. Feel free to send me a message :)
HOW MANY COUSINS DO YOU HAVE?!

Haha I think I counted once. I think like at least 30 first cousins…most of them are married and have children as well

Highlight of the Day

My cousin and his wife are staying over with their two gorgeous daughters tonight as they are going on holiday tomorrow and flying out of an airport that’s near us.

I haven’t seen them since Christmas. The eldest is 4 and so funny. The youngest daughter is just over a year old and just started to walk. She’s so so cute and so much fun to play with.

I wish I saw them more often.

Highlight of the Day

This is so unlike me but recently I actually make friendly conversation with random people. I’m normally quiet and judgy and I would never ever talk to people but for some reason I’m turning into a friendly person. Even when I’m talking to them I’m thinking “What am I doing?!”

Anyway, when I go to London I park my car in a layby near the train station (it’s free that way!) and today I made random conversation with 2 people who also park there. Only instead of just a little hello that might be normal I had a full on conversation and walked to the station with them. So weird but actually was also kind of nice.

What the hell is happening to me.

Highlight of the Day

I went to see my cousins for a short visit today which ended up being us spending the whole afternoon together and going into town. It was so nice and we had so much fun going for lunch and shopping. I love them both so much and it’s so good to spend time with them.

Someone you haven’t even met yet is wondering what it’d be like to know someone like you.

Highlight of the Day

For Father’s Day we took my dad to a local track where people could ride around on their motorbikes. It was actually really really boring for me to watch but I know that it was something that my Dad wanted to do so it was good to take him to something he enjoyed.

Highlight of the Day

After work and before volunteering I went to my aunts house as my cousin from Cyprus was over again, but this time with his daughters… I have seen the eldest a few times as she has been living here for a few years but I hadn’t seen the middle one in 16 years and the youngest one wasn’t born then! It was nice to see them and other cousins that came over as well. Just  a shame I had to leave early.
